WHAT?
This introductory Official's Clinic is to certify new USA Cycling Road, Track and Mountain Bike officials. Immediately following the clinic, participants will take the open-book Category C Official's Exam. The morning session will be comprised of a presentation and detailed discussion of USAC racing rules. The afternoon session will include a review of key officiating concepts in preparation for the official's exam. Successful participants will then be qualified to apply for their 2008 USA Cycling official's licenses. LAMBRA will provide reimbursement of the 1st year official's license fees to all new officials from Louisiana and Mississippi.
Lunch will be provided.
WHEN?
10:00 am - 2:00 pm (lunch is included). The exam will be given immediately following an after-lunch review.
WHO?
This clinic is open to all individuals interested in becoming USAC officials.
WHERE?
The clinic will be held at the Human Performance Center, 300 Highway 51 N, Brookhaven, MS
